A garlic lovers' dream, as I'm a garlic fanatic! My Rookie Orientation features lots of fresh dried garlic and Cayenne peppers. Think "Frank's" or "Louisiana Red Hot" with lots of garlic and a bit more attitude ;-)
A great place to start if you're new to the hot sauce world and it makes a wing sauce that just can't be beat. Fairly mild as far as hot sauce go, it still has a more than respectable heat level due to the vast amounts of Cayenne that go into it.
This sauce has become a staple at the firehouse being used in soups, stews, chicken and any time Italian foods are set on the table.
