Careful now! You're starting to get into some heat that isn't for 'Rookies'.
This very spicy BBQ style sauce features the famous Red Savina Habanero, which I grow under license from GNS Spice. Some of these chiles I smoke dry first over an apple wood fire before combining with tomato paste and several other spices.
Like the other two before it, this one has hundreds of uses... in moderation. For you visitors that have come to Indianapolis for the Fire Department Instructors Conference, this is the same sauce that Local 416 sells as the"Hot Time In Indy", in a bottle twice the size.
This sauce has received many awards and rave reviews, but be prepared for some serious heat!
