RedRum 2007 Special Hot Sauce

This is the 2007 version of my original Hot sauce, it contains the peppers I grow myself, smoke and mash.  The flavor is similar to the 2006 RedRum Original.  I consider this the "Flagship" Sauce for RedRum Hot Sauces!  It is Unique, Spicy, Smokey a little sweet and Flavorfull!

Ingredients: Red Savina peppers, Smoked Habanero, Jalapeno, Cayenne, Bird's Eye, Naga Morich, Hungarian Wax, Serrano, Thai and Chipotle Peppers, Shallots, Roasted Garlic, Garlic, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Sugar, Olive oil, Cornstarch, Tomato, Kosher Salt, Rum, Spices
